We live in times where we want to be seen, we want those views, and if you’re running a business, we want those clients.
I get it, I’m the same, but you MUST protect your boundaries.
There’s a difference between being honest and oversharing… a BIG difference.
Ask yourself if what you’re about to post or talk about, would you tell it to a room full of complete strangers? Would you feel uncomfortable or embarrassed to share that with them?
If the answer is yes then you need to reevaluate whether you should be putting that post or video out there.
Confidence doesn’t come from sharing everything, it comes from knowing your values and boundaries, then adhering to them.
You choose what stays private and what gets seen.
It’s not just about privacy, it’s about protecting your energy, time and sanity.
